Pay: $1,800 - $2,500 AUD per month (estimated 5 long-form videos per month, each video roughly 5-6 hours of editing, or less if you’re fast), with future opportunity for Full-Time.

Bonuses: Incentivised performance bonuses based on metrics such as retention or average view duration (AVD)

This job will be great for someone who wants to get involved in the creator space, have a ton of autonomy, and work on videos that get seen by millions of people.

Having a decent understanding or interest around interior design will be a great bonus, but more importantly, being open to learn.

Responsibilities

We’re looking to scale the business beyond just making videos, while consistently posting long-form videos on the main channel, so your job will be editing these videos for YouTube in order to grow the brand and grow viewership!

• Editing long form videos on the channel. Ideally there are 5 videos per month going out on the main channel, you would be responsible for these videos which require very minimal animation skills (mostly texts and transitions). Reporting to myself.
• We’ll start out on a per video basis for a month, so you’ll take on 2-3 videos during the first month at a pro-rated basis.
• Suggesting ideas to develop the brand and move it forward in line with the mission. Everyone plays a role in moving things forward - so ideally you are a communicative and person full of ideas!

The following are possible future responsibilities that will be compensated accordingly:

• Editing shorts for the YouTube channel in conjunction with another shorts editor (and writer), we are aiming for 2 shorts per week in 2024.
• Editing masterclass style (course) content. We’re in the midst of developing our course, so this is something we’ll definitely be pursuing within the next couple of months. We’d love for you to take this on if possible.
